Helena being Helena. No filters, no editing, no nothing. Just playing around with my new camera and this happened. Someone on the Den of Angels forums mentioned that this looks like an old portrait on canvas, and now that I look at it, it does.

I will reveal more about her in future posts. I will say that she is one of the main cast members in my NanoWriMo this year.

In case your curious, she is a Unoa Sist/Fantasy Doll hybrid.

I've been getting that vibe from her ever since she came to live here, she's slowly letting me more about herself. I'm being very careful to keep her away from Sascha and to stay with Wrathie and Sera until I'm able to bring home Demitri.

Awwww thank'u luffie. ^^ All of my resin housemates all have clear personalities all their own, its obvious both through the camera and off. Helena's made herself at home with me, though I'm keeping her away from Sascha (my Soom Beryl who's yet to be finished) for various reasons that all pertain to their story.

Aha. ^^ I'd suggest going on the Den of Angels forums and do a TON of research and find a mold you really like before jumping into the hobby. I've been into these dolls since I was a sophomore in high school, so over 6 or 7 years and I got officially into it last January with Wrath. So in a course of a year, right now I have 3 and a half and one on layaway right now. ^^;

The lighting is just beautiful on her. Surrounded in shadow, she comes across as somewhat mysterious, but the light on her is warm, and it seems like she's shyly reaching out to the viewer.
